Some of the major projects done by us for clients other than Vedanta group, are:

We have handled following IOCL/HPCL/IPCL/GAIL jobs:

• We have designed, manufactured, supplied and commissioned an electrical panel for MOV’s (Motor operated valves) in a pilot pipeline for instrument pig testing at IOCL, R & D Centre, Faridabad, through a mechanical contractor

We also interfaced this electrical panel with Instrumentation system supplied by others

• We also designed, manufactured and supplied a distribution board directly to IOCL, R&D Centre, Faridabad
• We have designed, engineered, manufactured, supplied and commissioned 734KW thyristor controlled heater panel with various instruments, PLC system with HMI, field instruments and control & instrumentation cables to IOCL, Mathura Refinery through Escorts Ltd, Faridabad for Daliem, Korea
• We have also designed, manufactured, supplied and commissioned contactor based heater panel with instruments and cables to IOCL, Mathura Refinery through Escorts Ltd, Faridabad.
• We supplied a Micro controller based digital temperature indicator cum controller for a heater control panel to IOCL, Mathura refinery through Indian Tankage Ltd,    Mumbai.
• We have supplied WIKA make pressure gauge to IOCL, R&D Centre, Faridabad through a mechanical contractor.
• We have designed, engineered , manufactured and supplied 140 KW thyristor control heater panel to HPCL, Mumbai refinery through Escorts Ltd, Faridabad.
• We have designed, engineered, manufactured, supplied and commissioned thyristor controlled heater panels with flameproof local control stations to GAIL, Guna, Gandhar and USAR sites through Escorts Ltd, Faridabad for BHEL, Hydrabad.
• We executed a direct order for Thyristor power pack spares from GAIL, Guna site.
• We have also supplied a flame proof small rating thyristor control panel to IPCL through Escorts Ltd, Faridabad.

Computer based SCADA solutions for various industrial applications including one for 3 x 160 KW screw compressors driven by VFD and Soft starters and controlled by individual PLC AND HMI, three air driers with a common PLC and HMI with overall management by SCADA on Compaq PC. This was a turnkey package including cables, cable trays, pressure and temperature sensors/transmitters with erection and commissioning. This was done in 2003 and have been doing AMC and other modifications directly at Suzuki Powertrain India Ltd., Maneser, Gurgaon since last 6 years. One job is due to start on 21.06.09.

We have handled turnkey projects for fly ash handling systems for Shree Cement Ltd. at Suratgarh Thermal Power Station, Suratgarh, Rajsthan and Haryana Power Generation corporation Ltd., Panipat, Haryana including PLC with HMI SCADA and Drawout MCCs.Similar project has been done for JK Cement Ltd. at Suratgarh Thermal Power Station, Suratgarh, Rajasthan and for Gujarat Ambuja Cement ltd at Sikka Thermal Power Station, Sikka, Gujarat

We have done turnkey projects for Orchid Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals Ltd., Chennai, Tamil Nadu and Suzuki Powertrain India Ltd., Manesar, Haryana for large capacity reciprocating/screw compressors using soft starters, VFDs, PLCs and HMI SCADA systems with all field instruments; power, control, instrumentation cables; cable trays etc.

We have done DM water plant and Deaerator instrumentation for Captive power plants at Damoh Cement Ltd., Damoh, MP and Rourkela Steel Plant, Rourkela, Orissa in late nineties through Isgec John Thompson, a very reputed boiler manufacturer in India since last several decades.
