All the components and products are sourced from reputed
international and national manufacturers directly or
through their authorised dealers. All these components
and products in turn comply to various international
and national standards and are accordingly tested to
those standards.
Most prominent amongst the principals from whom we source
these components and products are ABB, L&T, BCH/Rittal
Enclosure, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Wika to name
a few of them.
Our own fabricated panel enclosures are type tested
at CPRI (Bhopal).
Detailed Engineering drawings comprising General Arrangement,
Power Schematic, Control Schematic, Terminal Clamping
are made
for each and every panel. For projects additional drawings
and documents are prepared comprising Loop Schematic,
Block Interlocking Diagrams, Flowcharts, I/O Lists,
Power/Control/Instrumentation cable engineering and
cable scheduling documents, Cable tray engineering and
layout drawings, Illumination engineering with bill
of materials of lighting fixtures and luminaires, Earthing
design and Layout drawings and detailed instruction
manuals.
Stage inspections are carried out at variuos stages
of project execution and final inspection is done with
simulated conditions prior to dispatch to the end users.
